
Mumbai, May 11, 2020: In a humanitarian initiative during a challenging period, NCP Mulund Taluka President Advocate Amit Suresh Patil organized a ration distribution drive to support underprivileged families in Ward 104 and Ward 108.
Relief Effort Conducted with Local Support
The distribution programme was held on Sunday, May 10, in coordination with social worker Janak Keshriya. The initiative aimed at providing essential food supplies to families severely affected by the ongoing crisis.
Active Participation of Party Representatives
Several key members of the Nationalist Congress Party and local representatives were present at the event. Among them were Maruti Kadam, Ward President of Ward 108, and Praveen Rokade, District Representative, who actively participated in the distribution process.
Women Leaders Play Key Role
Women ward presidents also played a significant role in ensuring smooth execution of the drive. Pushpa Sakari (Ward 104) and Sneha Koir (Ward 108), along with Santosh Sharma and Pradeep Deakar, contributed to organizing and reaching out to beneficiaries.
Grassroots Workers Join Hands
The effort witnessed strong support from ward-level office bearers including Rohidas Bhosle and Pratap Kari, reflecting coordinated teamwork at the grassroots level.
Community Members Extend Support
Local residents and volunteers such as Rakesh Koiri, Pradeep Barve, Abbas Sheikh and others also extended their support, helping ensure that ration kits reached the needy efficiently.

Speaking on the occasion, Amit Patil reiterated his commitment to public welfare and assured continued efforts to support vulnerable sections of society in times of need.
